The Eastern Railway Contractors Workers Union is an old union organized for the welfare of the innocent and honest Railway Contractors Workers Who worked and are working in different Divisions of the Eastern Zone.
The union is always beside the helpless, oppressed workers who are being Suffered by the Railway despotic contractors and officers differently.
Update News for the Members of the Union (E.R.C.W.U.) Regarding Court Case for Regularisation or Permanent Absorption in Group-'D' staff in the Eastern Railway.
The Court case OA-No. 827 of 2010 after a long fight. has been heard and ordered in the Kolkata High Court dated 23rd March 2019 in the Court of Hon'ble Dipankar Dutta and Saugata Bhattacharya with a great hearty Result for a List of 446 Workers and secondly a list of 95 for hearing. The total number of workers at the last hearing is Ready for movement under the Custody of the Kolkata High Court at any time, at Present.
For awareness of the Listed names of the union's Members in the panel existed in the Custody of the General Manager, Eastern Railway, as well as, in the Custody of chief personnel officer, E. Railway: Kolkata.
